VECTOR FORMATTED FILES - created line art
(Most adaptable and the ONLY format that can be spot color separated.)

Programs Available:

Freehand 10 or lower (or Freehand created EPS)
Illustrator 9 or lower (or Illustrator created EPS or PDF files)
QuarkXPress 4.0
CorelDraw must be exported in .ai (Adobe Illustrator) format - we cannot accept files in CorelDraw document (.cdr) format.
NOTE: Convert all fonts to outlines/curves. Be sure to also send any files imported/placed/embedded onto your document page.

PHOTOSHOP FILES and scanned images must be at least 300 dpi, scanned in solid black and white bitmap mode and saved in .tif, .bmp, .psd or .eps format. We cannot accept images in Greyscale, RGB, CMYK, or Indexed color modes as they create a rough, pixellated edge around the image when printed.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT FILES IN .JPG OR .GIF FORMAT. They are designed for viewing purposes only and automatically convert the file into greyscale or color mode.

We cannot accept files downloaded from the Internet unless they are specifically designed for reproduction purposes.

E-mails should not exceed 2MB in size. We can accept files compressed using DropStuff, Winzip. These programs can be downloaded from www.download.com for your computer platform.

IMPORTANT:
***All orders must have company and contact name and phone number, shipping address, shipping method, finished image size, and type of die being requested.
Send a FAX copy of the artwork with contact/company name and notification that it is for e-mailed artwork to 641-753-0635. This is so that we can verify that the artwork is correct and we can contact you if your e-mail does not arrive.
