Products

We offer Magnesium in 16 guage, 11pt., and 1/4 inch.  The mounting base to 16 guage, 11 pt., and 1/4 " type-high is milled in-house to ensure quality. You may rollover the tabs above to see which product you may need.

T-Base - 1/4 and 1/2 inch which allows the printer with one and two line type holders to increase their imprint area.

Wood Mounted Base - type high (.918) for crash imprinting.

Solid Magnesium - type high (.918) for hot stamping.

1/4 Inch - is .250 thick. We etch this metal right at 85 thousands deep. This is good for stamping materials that need more relief area. Such as leather, padded vinyl etc. The 1/4" can be mounted and pinned to the base, which is good when being used for branding or with a RF welding and sealing machine.

11 Point - is .153 thick. We etch this right at 85 thousands deep. This is good for stamping materials that need more relief area, such as leather, apadded vinyl etc.

16 Guage - is .064 thick. We etch this right at 32 thousands deep. This is good for stamping items that don't require a lot of relief area, such as plastics, napkins, ribbon, magnets, paper, etc.
